How do I edit or delete my Ad?

You can edit delete your ADs by logging into My Account >My ADs then click the title of the AD you want to delete or edit where you will see ‘Edit’ & ‘Delete’ buttons on the top right corner of the page.


I have not received the confirmation email from Muslim-Ads, what do I do?

The confirmation email should arrive in your inbox instantly however sometimes it can take longer before it arrives, therefore please wait 10-15 minutes. You should also check you junk or spam box as sometimes the emails can end up in there. If you find the email in the junk/spam box you should add our email address (admin@muslim-ads.co.uk) to your safe list so that you can receive future communications from us straight into your inbox. If after 10-15 minutes you have still not received the email or cannot find it in your junk/spam box then you will need to contact our admin team, via our contact form for further assistance.


How do I change my password or other details?

You can change your details and password by logging into My Account  and then click My Account Details.


Is it free to place ADs on Muslim-Ads?

Yes you can place an AD completely free of charge by selecting the ‘Free AD Package’; however a paid AD package has additional benefits and features that are not available on a ‘Free AD Package’, for details of packages refer to our Post AD section.


My Ad has not appeared on Muslim-Ads?

Free ADs can take up to 48 hours before they appear on the site. You can check the status of your ADs by logging into My Account > My ADs. If your AD does not appear in My ADs section then we suggest you repost the AD.

If you have paid for an AD then you can also check the status of your AD in the same way, however if your AD does not appear in in My ADs section then please contact our admin team, via our contact form.


How do I contact a member or AD Owner?

To contact the member or advertisers please use the ‘Contact Owner’ button which can be found on the details page of every Ad.


How do I report an AD that looks suspicious or is inappropriate?

To report an Ad that may be inappropriate, suspicious or if it is against our Terms of Use policy please use the ‘Report Ad’ link which can be found on the details page of every AD or click on the report AD link found in the footer of every page. Please ensure you include the url of the AD your are reporting.


How do I search for an AD?

To look for specific products, or items you can search by keyword in the search box found to the right of the menu bar. You can also carry out an advanced search using the search box found in the left column of the site.


My photos are not uploading?

The max image upload size is 600×452 pixels, if your image is larger than this then it will not upload, therefore you will need to resize it.
