muslim-ads.co.uk is based in the United Kingdom (UK) and therefore in the first instance all UK law will be applicable. European Union & International law may also apply where relevant.
muslim-ads.co.uk reserves the right to pass your details and IP address on to the aggrieved third party, their agents or any law enforcement agency.
4.0 ACCESS & MEMBERSHIP
4.2 – We will endeavour to ensure that muslim-ads.co.uk will be online and available to the general public via the internet at all times. However from time to time our site may be offline and unavailable to the public. This could be because we are updating content or carrying out maintenance on the site. At other times the site may not be available due to reasons beyond our control such as force majeure, software or script issues, server downtime, high volume of Internet traffic or downtime, programming errors, power loss, and the acts of others such as website hackers and other criminal web related activities.
4.3 – Should muslim-ads.co.uk become offline or unavailable for any of the reason stated in 4.2 above, we will endeavour to resolve the issue or error within a reasonable time period so that access to the site is restored.
4.4 – All members are automatically subscribed to our Mailing List on registration, however should any member wish to be removed from our mailing list the they can do so by following the ‘unsubscribe’ link which can be found in any of our newsletters, marketing or promotional emails.
5.0 FEES, PAYMENTS, REFUND POLICY
muslim-ads.co.uk provides free and paid postings. The fees for the postings depend on the duration of the posting and other features which are all clearly listed on the submission page when an advert is being posted. We reserve the right to change the fees at anytime; any changes will be shown on the submission page.
Currently we accept payments via PayPal only, however if you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay with your credit/debit card through PayPal, please follow the instructions during the posting process.
Depending on the membership or posting package you choose you are responsible for paying the fees during the posting process or when they become due if the fee is a recurring one. All fees we charge on muslim-ads.co.uk are non-refundable even if your advert is removed for breaching our posting rules.
6.0 POSTING RULES
6.2 – You may not publish offensive content, this includes content that contains offensive language, overtly sexually explicit content, is unlawful, threatening, libellous, abusive, harmful, bigoted, racially & religiously offensive, obscene or harassing. You may not publish content that encourages behaviour that may constitute a criminal offence, result in civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation. You may not post any scam or fraudulent postings. Any posting which is reported as scam or fraud by an user will be removed immediately. You may not post any advert or advertise any service that is against the beliefs of Islam or contradicts with Islam.
6.3 – muslim-ads.co.uk does not accept liability of the accuracy of any posting and cannot make any guarantees of their availability, quality, compliance with relevant laws and regulations nor any guarantees about the reliability, honesty or behaviour of the users making the postings and cannot be held responsible for any resulting loss or damages of any nature whatsoever and however arising, including if you incur loss from any scam or fraudulent postings which may have been posted on Muslim-Ads. For your own safety we strongly recommend that you read our Safety Advice before you respond to any posting on Muslim-Ads.
6.4 – You may not post any content which may violate UK law even if it is permissible under Sharia law.
6.5 – You may not post any material or image which does not belong to you or which violates the copyrights of others. Any such content will be removed by our admin.
6.6 – muslim-ads.co.uk is primarily intended for the general public in the UK regardless of their, faith, race, background, however you can post adverts from anywhere in the world provided that your country is on our list.
6.7 – We strictly do not allow adverts for online jobs, adverts promoting products or websites of other organisations, adverts offering or promoting astrology services, adverts promoting or offering products for enhancement/enlarging body parts.
muslim-ads.co.uk and all content of muslim-ads.co.uk is protected by copyright, trade marks; database and other intellectual property rights and its contents cannot be reproduced without obtaining written permission from us.
8.0 THIRD PARTY CONTENT & EXTERNAL LINKS
muslim-ads.co.uk is not responsible for the content of the external websites which are from third parties and may be in the form of advertisements, hyper links etc. We do not screen or publish third party contents or have any direct association with third parties or their websites and therefore muslim-ads.co.uk is not liable for any claims related to any information or product offered by the third parties. Third party related information is only offered on the basis that they me be of interest to visitors and members of our site.
We have on our part made every effort to ensure that the software, script & website content on muslim-ads.co.uk is free from any virus or any malicious scripts, however if such security issues exist on the site without our knowledge we do not accept any liability for any errors or damages that may result from this.
When new users register on muslim-ads.co.uk they will be able to create their own username but a random password will be generated for first time login. Users are strongly requested to change the password after they log in for the first time. We also strongly request that to protect unauthorised access of your account you should always log out of your account and close your browser. However to assist our staff we request users, members and visitors to report any posting or advert that may be inappropriate, this can be done via the link found on the specific advert page. Please report postings/adverts sensibly and responsibly, if anyone is found to abuse this system then their membership maybe removed.
11.1 – By submitting a posting on muslim-ads.co.uk you agree to the collection, transfer, storage of your personal information. You are also agreeing to receive promotional emails from us; however you can opt out from our mailing by following the unsubscribe link which can be found at the footer of any news or promotional emails we may send.
12.0 DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If for any reason a dispute arises between you and muslim-ads.co.uk then we strongly request that you contact us direct in the first instance and we will consider any reasonable request to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the dispute then we will refer the matter to alternative dispute resolutions such as mediation or arbitration.
